New Magazine Explores the Edible Upcountry

"Who are the farmers and ranchers stewarding the land and tending the vegetables, fruit and animals which find their way onto our dinner plates?  Who are the artisans, chefs and business owners carefully, thoughtfully crafting food and drink for our enjoyment and nourishment?  Who are the leading minds in local and regional academia, in government and non-profit organizations spending their days furthering a vision and reality for a healthy, sustainable food system?

The answers to these questions emerge as very personal stories of our local food culture and heritage and we are here to tell them, one season at a time."
