Charleston Cooks!, a bustling kitchen retail shop and teaching kitchen at 200 N. Main in Greenville has announced its culinary class line up which includes demonstration and hands on cooking classes.

The store features a model residential kitchen classroom with Thermador appliances and seating for guests. With both demonstration and participation classes, beginners and experts alike delve into an array of deliciousness, from savory sauces to wonderful wines. Charleston Cooks! provides the space, tools and talented instruction with which food and wine enthusiasts of all capabilities can happily gather, taste and learn.

“We chose classes that best reflect the unique culinary environment in Greenville, as well as classes on a variety of topics from homemade pasta, to sushi, to wine and food pairings,” said Danielle Wecksler, General Manager, Charleston Cooks! “Each menu is custom designed by using classic cooking techniques and culinary styles.”

Topics of classes range from every level of expertise, from the basics to gourmet. For just $20 guests can participate in the Lunch Express demo class where you will learn how to prepare the dish, new cooking techniques, and get a generous tasting of everything made along with a glass of wine or tea, all within an hour.
